By creating an account, scheduling installation, or using our network, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced here.

If you do not agree, do not use the service and contact us to discuss alternatives before any installation or billing begins.

Accounts & Eligibility

  • You must provide accurate contact details and keep them up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity under your account.
  • Residential and business plans must be used at the subscribed address and for the intended purpose.

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws, and not to disrupt or harm the network or other users.

Prohibited activities include unlawful content distribution, network abuse, spam, malicious traffic, and reselling the service without written permission.

Plans, Billing & Payments

  • Rates, taxes, and fees are disclosed during signup and may change with notice.
  • Invoices are due on the stated due date; late payments may incur fees or service suspension.
  • Returned payments and chargebacks may result in additional fees and suspension until resolved.

Installation, Equipment & Access

  • Provide safe access for site survey, installation, maintenance, and removal of equipment.
  • Equipment may be owned by MyNeighborhoodWiFi unless purchased; please return leased devices when service ends.
  • You are responsible for customer-owned equipment, internal wiring, and power at the service location.

Network Management & Fair Use

To maintain service quality, we may use reasonable network management practices, including congestion management and security measures.

Service availability, speeds, and latency can vary by location, network conditions, and equipment; credits for outages are provided per published policy when applicable.

Content & Third‑Party Services

We are not responsible for third‑party content, services, or websites you access while using the service.

Use of any third‑party services is at your discretion and subject to their terms and policies.

Support & Maintenance

  • Support is available during posted hours; non‑emergency maintenance may occur during low‑traffic times.

  • You may cancel at any time as permitted by your plan; early termination fees, if any, will be disclosed at signup.

To the maximum extent permitted, our liability is limited to direct damages capped at the amount paid by you for the service during the prior billing cycle.
